Friday April 9th and Saturday April 10, 2021 – Rain delayed the game between our Scioto Irish with the Worthington Kilbourne Wolves in the bottom of the 3rd inning, with 2 outs on Friday, April 9th. The game resumed on Saturday morning at 11am with the Irish coming out on top with a win 10—6!
The big star on offense was Bella Jauregui, who went 3 for 4 with a homerun and 4 total RBIs. Sadie Jauregui also went 3 for 4 at the plate. Alexis Hoover went 2 for 4. Jordan Sowards rounded out the top performers going 2 out of 3 with a sac bunt.
Taylor Henry pitched a spectacular game, going 7 innings with 6 strikeouts, only 1 walk, and had an ERA of 3.00.
