The Irish scored seven runs in the fourth on its way to a 12-2 victory over Worthington Kilbourne on Friday.
Scioto’s big inning was driven by singles from Madi Comstock, Sadie Jauregui, and Alexis Richie, a walk by Hunter Fadorsen, and a sac fly by Taylor Henry.

Henry earned the victory in the circle for the Irish. She allowed 4 hits and 2 runs over five innings, striking out 5 and walking no one!
Boue took the loss for Kilbourne. The pitcher allowed 8 hits and 11 runs over four innings, striking out 5.
The Irish had 9 hits in the game. Caroline Piatt, Richie, and Isabella Jauregui each collected multiple hits for Scioto. Jauregui, Richie, and Piatt each managed two hits to lead Dublin. They were sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error. Jauregui had the most opportunities out in the field with six.
